Ultra Marathon

Congratulations to John O'Regan - John finished 4th in a 24hr race that saw him run 220k - This was his first attempt at this distance. Some could say he is mad! You will be happy to hear John is in one piece and delighted with his achievement. John is quick to point out that he couldn't have done it with-out Tony and the support of his family. Well Done!!!
