Its summer time, so we must all be in training for the Liz McDonnell 5k run which will be held this year on the 3rd October. The race starts at 3pm and registration will be possible on the day from 1 O'clock. Last year saw nearly 800 runners, joggers and walkers of all ages, complete the 5k course around the beautiful grounds of Castletown House in Celbridge, Co. Kildare.
Entry to the event will be by donation or by sponsorship card. To get a sponsorship card or to find out any more information contact lizmcdonnellrun@eircom.net.
