Congratulations to Erica Dixon who won Gold in Javelin event at All Ireland Track & Field competition last weekend. Erica threw an impressive 31.9m to win gold medal and also achieved a personal best This result is even more impressive when you consider that Erica has been extremely busy studying for and completing her Leaving Certificate and as such has not been able to dedicate her normal time to the training programme.
